Inventory - Selection - The Axis Arch can be placed at the beginning of the tunnel as a prep arch, in the middle of the wash for added cleaning, or prior to the rinse area to tackle both cleaning and rinsing. Clean hard to reach areas such as windshield eyebrows, assist rinsing heavy triple foam, expedite vehicle production and reduce labor costs. It profiles the contour of a vehicle within 18-24 inches from the surface, from 30 Cars Per Hour all the way up to 180 Cars Per Hour. The Axis uses (12) 1.5 GPM nozzles which deliver 18 GPM at 950 psi in three spray positions as vehicles pass under its manifold; forward, straight down, and rear. The Axis uses nine photo eyes to map the contour of the vehicle and it uses a PLC and inverter drive to control the motor and gearbox which drives the manifold up and down. It has a safety ring switch which lifts the manifold all the way to its home position within 1-1/2 seconds if it is bumped, and also a spring loaded break away system that allows the manifold to "break out" of its guide bars in case of a drive through, preventing damage to the vehicle and the Axis Arch. The Axis Arch only needs five feet of tunnel length making it the perfect addition to any size tunnel car wash. You can be assured that you will clean better and more efficiently with the Axis Arch than with any other high pressure arch on the market.
