Inventory - Selection - Motor City Wash Works' Bulldog Wheel Brush is hard to beat in value and performance. Clean wheels and tires without labor are a must at today's Express Exterior Tunnels, and the Bulldog delivers. The frame is all powder coated aluminum. Bearings are all white thermoplastic housings with hard chrome coated inserts. The brush is filled extra dense with feather tipped polypropylene sections alternating between 13 inches in diameter and 9 inches in diameter. The lead-in and lead-off are both yellow UHMW for tough, long-lasting wear resistance. It is directly driven by a Parker roller bearing hydraulic motor to deliver as much as 220RPM at the brush. The roller bearing motor is rated to handle side loads 1.6 times higher than we apply. It comes standard with a dampening shock, as well as a rugged air cylinder, a 4 way air valve, and individual regulators and gauges for each side of the tunnel. You get retract-ability, and air regulator controls to extend the brush on each side of the tunnel, individually. In addition, it also comes standard with a 9 nozzle solution manifold to apply more cleaning solution and to wash away the dirt.
